Exalog’s gender equality index, released in 2024 for calendar year 2023, is 85/100 and is composed of 4 indicators associated with their score, as follows:

- Return from maternity leave: 15/15.
- Salary gap between women and men: 25/40.
- The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the top ten earners: 10/10.
Within our company, three indicators have therefore obtained the highest possible score in the area of professional equality.
